For a 1 time fee of $30, we will help you market your long-term rental property. Included is a promotional video that you can post on social media and other outlets. We will post the property to our website for up to 6 months, as well as on our social media pages. All inquiries will be sent directly to you, and we will take no further commission once your home is rented. You will need to provide us with 5-7 photos as well as a description of the property, location, and price. If you would like us to take photos for you, this service is available for an additional $50 (within the Baru area). The video will be similar to the ones you see on this page.
